Shop Update Tips 

All items will be listed as "Sold Out" until the designated release time and date. 

To facilitate checkout, please consider creating an account on my website. If you are a new customer (have not purchased from this shop before), you cannot save your payment or shipping info. I recommend using ShopPay, ApplePay, or PayPal and logging in to that app or website in the same browser prior to the update. 

Familiarize yourself with the website layout and note where your favorites are. Items tend to sell out quickly and will not be saved if they are waiting in your cart.

Check out items individually and go back for more if you can. Items are not saved in your cart. Multiple orders will be combined and shipping overages will be refunded. 

Begin refreshing your browser a minute or two prior to the release time. 

 

There is a local pickup option at checkout. Pieces will need to be collected from the address listed within 7 days of purchase but reach out if that will be an issue. I will have local orders ready for a contact-free pickup within 2 business days of the order. Pickup instructions and details will be emailed upon purchase.

How do I care for my new H&L mug/tumbler/bowl/etc? 

All H&L Ceramics pieces are microwave, dishwasher, and food safe unless otherwise noted when you receive your new piece, unless otherwise noted on the product description in the listing or in instructions included with the item when delivered. For pieces with large drips, and all other pieces, hand-washing is recommended for maximum life and beauty.

 

Do you take commissions/wholesale? 

At this time, I am not in a place to balance production for online shop updates and individual or wholesale orders. You will be the first to know if that changes. 

 

How often do you update the online shop? 

Generally every 4-6 weeks

 

Do you have the same types of pieces in every update?

I try to vary up what is offered each update to keep myself on my toes creating new designs and rotating so everyone gets a chance to find something new they like. 

 

Will you be attending in person events? 

At this time, I am not attending in person events. See the "Events" page in the future to check for market updates.
